Well, hello there!
I have been on the radio! BBC Radio Norfolk no less! Took Sarah along with me. I was a VIB (Very Important Bear) guest of DJ Nick Conrad who said he had never interviewed a bear before. I had never been on the radio, but I came over very professional with my own set of headphones and I didn’t play with all the knobs and dials, though I was itching to get my paws on them all.  Just as well! Listeners may have had the weather and traffic reports broadcast at the same time! We were there to talk about Our Norfolk. We took in a ‘basket of Our Norfolk’. it was full of things relating to our stories:

Our Norfolk, Family Fun, BBC Radio NorfolkA bunch of asparagas, my absolute favourite green vegetable, delicious with butter and salt, found on roadside stalls or picked fresh at Wiveton Farm, ‘sandwiched’ between Cley and Blakeney. A jar of quince jelly made by Esme, who lives in Brinton Hall and loves showing people round her home, garden and church. She makes scrummy yummy scones to go with all that jelly and jam! Two fossils we’d found on the beach. Sometimes we find stones that are totally round, heart-shaped or look like faces! An old copy of the Norfolk magasine dating from the 1950′s – ages ago!

And ME! I travelled to the radio studio in it too!
